集中润滑系统是指从润滑油泵输出油脂，通过递进式分配器、输送管道、计量元件，按照设定的时间（周期）把定量的润滑脂准确地供往多个润滑点系统，包括输送、分配、调节、冷却、加热和净化润滑剂，以及指示和监测油压、油位、压差、流量和油温等参数和故障的整套系统。
集中智能润滑系统能够准确及时地推送油脂到各个润滑点，实现多个润滑点统一、精确润滑，因此，集中智能润滑广泛应用于风电、工程机械、食品加工机械、冶金矿山、机械加工、港口机械、汽车制造、军用车辆以及核电站等领域。
“中核润滑”集中智能润滑系统安装在印刷机上
电动润滑泵
此润滑系统润滑点数达几百个，配备2台8L透明油箱电动润滑泵，泵的最大工作压力为275Bar。驱动电机与特质滑槽连接，滑槽与泵单元柱塞连接，这样可以保证泵单元的持续吸油。
递进式分配器
递进式柱塞分配器通过液压顺序控制配油，分配器柱塞的运动受供给的润滑油支配，这种支配方式最终使得润滑油依次从各个出口排出。
PLC控制系统
整个系统可以连接工厂现有PLC或单独PLC系统，用于整个润滑系统的监测与控制。
印刷机安装集中智能润滑系统后，设备寿命显著提高，运营成本大幅度降低，维护简单，节省了润滑脂的用量，且实现智能控制。
