Precision testing Quality assurance

The testing center was established in 2003 with a working area of 380square meters.There are 5 laboratories for material metallographicheat treatment inspection, length dimension measurement, roughnessprofile precision measurement, measuring tool repair and life test.

At present, there are 240 sets of all kinds of testing instruments (sets)complete equipment configuration, good condition, fixed assets of morethan 5 million yuan,Germany OBLF GS1000 spectrometer, GermanyZeiss metallographic microscope, British Taylor roughness profilerbearing strengthening life testing machine, etc. At present, there are 7inspectors,the team is capable, the structure is reasonable, and hashigh professional quality and good professional ethics.

Mainly responsible for bearing material metallographic heat treatmentinspection,length measurement, profile and roughness precisiondetection, and can carry out life test on bearing reliability.
