Medium frequency heating forging

① The sleeve forging process is adopted to improvethe material utilization rate;

② The temperature measurement system inside and outside the fumnace is adopted in the heating process to ensure the accuracy of temperature;

③ The manipulator can replace the manual work ineach stamping station for material stamping,handling, loading and unloading, and reduce thelabor intensity of operators.

Isothermal annealing

① It has the functions of process setting, storage, data display and record, historical data query and production capacity management;

② Nitrogen atmosphere is used for annealing, and the working environment is clean. The ideal effect of high quality, energy saving and environmental protection, continuous automatic annealing is realized;

③ Because annealing furnace is automatic control,man-machine coordination, labor intensity is greatly reduced.

CNC turning

① Adopt full function NC machine tool processing high dimensional accuracy;

② The processing is completed by twice clamping.and the processing cycle is short;

③ Fully closed processing, efficient and safe,clean working environment, labor intensity greatly reduced.

Quenching and tempering

① Realize the computer control technology: realize the monitoring, setting, storage and other functions of heating temperature, heating time and carbon potential in the furnace in real-time and historical records. lt can record the historical data and make it easy to query and trace;

② The secondary cooling technology is adopted to effectively reduce the residual austenite content in the product and improve the dimensional stability of the finished bearing;

③ The production linearity is good and the heat treatment quality is stable. The equipment failure rate is low. lt has obvious energy saving effect.

CNC grinding

① Advanced processing and manufacturing processes such as advanced grinding, super automatic production line, automatic NC online inspection and grinding are adopted to ensure high processing stability, high precision and high efficiency of products.

② Online optimization of process parameters, automatic feedback of dimension emor and varous abnomal alams.

③ The efficient manipulator truss loading mechanism can effectively reduce the labor cost and improve the logistics efficiency.

Automatic assembly

The bearing assembly adopts the advanced automatic assembly line in China. The finished product inspection process from the assembly of parts to the assembly of the bearing has been realized automatically. lt not only effectively guarantees the assembly quality of the products but also greatly improves the production efficiency.
