1、无间隔轴的联轴器调整两轴对中时，应符合下列要求：
a）转子轴的对中调整宜采用双表找正法和多表找正法；
b）表的量程和精度等级应满足对中找正的要求；
c）表架应有足够的刚性，并符合机器技术文件的要求；
d）两轴应同步转动，并应克服轴向串动的影响。
2、有间隔轴的联轴器调整两轴对中时，还应符合下列要求：
a）转子轴的对中调整也可采用单表找正法；
b）计算调整量时应考虑找正架自身挠度对表值的影响。
3、转子轴对中调整、同心度测量及平面度测量等可采用激光找正。当采用激光找正法时，应符合下列要求：
a）激光发生器、探测器等测量系统元件的安装应稳固；
b）预置输入显示器的基本技术参数，应符合机器技术文件的要求；
c）转子轴对中调整宜采用三点法（0°、90°和270°），如果机器转子盘车受到限制，不能转动180°时，可采用任意三点法找正，轴转动角度至少为2个20°；
d）读数之前应先粗调整，使激光束完全射入靶区；
e）应先调整垂直位移，后调整水平位移，并保证激光束始终全部射入靶区；
f）找正过程中，应避免环境因素变化产生的影响；
g）应避免激光束直射入眼睛。
