1. Intermediate frequency heating forging

We have German OBLF GS1000 spectrometer, German Zeiss metallographic microscope, British Taylor roughness profiler, bearing strengthening life testing machine, etc. There are currently 7 inspection personnel, with a lean team, reasonable structure, high professional quality, and excellent professional ethics.

Mainly responsible for material metallographic heat treatment inspection, length dimension measurement, precision detection of contour and roughness of bearing products, and able to conduct life tests on bearing reliability.
